- I definitely would not believe my eyes. I have never seen 10mil fireflies before, but I have to assume it would be a pretty dazzling sight.
- I don't think I would go to sleep either. I might stare. And wonder what they are doing in my room. Just maybe.
Cause they fill the open air
And leave teardrops everywhere
You'd think me rude, but I
Would just stand and stare.
- Assuming there are 10 million fireflies, I am pretty positive they would fill the open air. And maybe overflow it a bit.
- I didn't know fireflies could cry! You learn something new every day.
- And don't worry, I would stand and stare also. Maybe sit if I got tired.

- So you are saying, you would rather be awake then asleep?
- Or the other way around, rather asleep then awake? Because I understand why you would want either.

- I thought you just said there were 10 million? Even so, why one 1000 hugs if there are 10,000 bugs. Are 9,000 not lovable or something?
- Oh, and wouldn't that be difficult for them to teach you how to dance? Maybe if they could form shapes, like the fish in nemo, you would be alright.
A foxtrot above my head,
A sock-hop beneath my bed,
The disco ball is just hanging by a thread.
- Sounds like a jolly good time! With some flies.

- If there is a light on in the hallway, maybe that's why you can't sleep! Focusing on the light perhaps!

When I'm far too tired to fall asleep
- I understand this first part, counting sheep doesn't really make you fall asleep.
- ... that doesn't make sense, how contradicting!

- The million are back! Yay!
- You are so not weird on the fact that you don't like good byes. Maybe on some other counts though.
- Bummer. Good byes are harsh.

- Just saying, those poor fireflies! They teach you to dance, and what do you do? Shut them up in a jar! Some bodies ungrateful...

- You know, you seem like a creative person, so I can see why your dreams would be overwhelming!
So that was Fireflies by Owl City! It might seem like I don't like the song, but I do. The thing about Owl City, is he just sounds so lovely and his music just makes me instantly happy! While I love the sound, I have the typical problem of todays music: I don't always understand what the lyrics mean. Fireflies is more of his understandable songs in my opinion though, but I chose it become it is the most well known. If you have only listened to that song, since it is the one played on the radio most often, you should check out his other CDs also, and then be a real fan!
Just a side note. My "disecting" was really myself just being very literal. You, as my blog, haven't seen this bad side of me, but I can tend to stray towards annoying in conversations. Example: "I just want to die!" Being myself, "No you don't, not really." Or, (spoiler alert on the movie Vampires Suck (don't read the i if you don't want to know! ) when my friends told me the ending I said "But Edward wouldn't really die because in Stephenie's book, he would just reform like the terrifying monster he really is!" [But in a more simple way like: he wouldn't actually die though.] (Welcome back to the none spoilers. I haven't actually seen that, which I said above, but since you weren't reading the i you wouldn't know that. My friends just told me.) So yes. I am told I need to 'lighten up' occasionally.
Lastly, but not least, my word count! I am sorry that I haven't been posting it like I said I would. I guess I tend to forget the cool daily things, or habits, in my blog that would make it individual and cool! Or just keeping my promises, if you think it's lame or something like that. (But if you do, why are you reading this?)
