So the big 100! "Sent" in French, but not pronounced like sent in English. Or cent. But that number is a bit deceiving because I have been counting by 5's! I really wanted to do something special for the "100th" post, but it really is going to be a normal blog.
But here is something special! I am posting my "100" blog on 11/1/10. So isn't that just a little bit impressive? 11 is my favorite number, so all those 1's are awesome! And I just love coincedences like this!
Next note on my agenda! I have started putting two spaces inbetween my sentences. I haven't done this before, but I learned that this is the correct way recently. I didn't know that anyone actually used two spaces, but now that I read people's writing I do see people using two spaces. So now there are two spaces!**See?
Second note on the agenda! I recently (last week) discovered a very cute cover and an awesome parody on youtube, so here I am to share them with you. "Here Comes My Baby" by ALL CAPS and "Dumbledore" a parody of Dynamite by Taio Cruz by Alex Carpenter. They are both really cool, and only one of them is Harry Potter-nerdy. Can you guess which one, I wonder?
Third note on the agenda! Halloween was the 31st, as I so thoughtfully reminded you of! My friend and I planned a party, with the help of two other people, her sister, and another friend. I pretty positive that it was mainly our party, mainly because we planned, and planning is EVERYTHING! At least in my book.
I personally think it was super fun! A good number of people turned out, considering that it was hosted on Halloween and some people were trick or treating instead. There was yummy food, games, socializing, and tag in the dark! Tag wasn't the most even competition though. You have the fast people, the normal speed runners, the people in shoes that slow them down, slow people, and then the people that just don't really want to run. I'd say we had a mix of all of those.
Fourth note! Today is the first day of November, and we all know what that means! Nanowrimo. Funny story though, I actually forgot. I was writing essays for my English class when my friend reminded me, and so it was annoying to have to finish those before I could start to write. I did manage to write 2 chapters, a total of 2250 words. I did the math and decided that I have to write at least 16500-ish words per day. The actual number is 1,666.6repeating. (50,000/30=<---that number over there.) So I think I am pretty good shape, if I can just keep this up! I might post a section of my story to share, but I don't know about that yet.
Fifth and final note! See that alliteration there? Pretty neat, huh? That isn't the note, however! The note is a joke! I have one today. What gets wet while drying? A towel! Don't blame me if this is a bad joke, I got it off a laffy taffy wrapper, and we all know those have the best jokes out there.
lol. I don't know why two spaces is proper, but I almost always do that. It's just normal to me, and if it's normal that means you won't forget to use it when you need it! Planning and execution are everything. Ugh Nanowrimo.. is going to be the death of me. lol Haha, i've heard that joe. it's more like a riddle though.
